ah…September!  I enjoy Fall with the cooler mornings and evenings balanced with warm afternoons.  It is a perfect time of the year! 

Fall sports and activities might have us overdo it though.  Try this Essential Oil Remedy:

5 Drops Chamomile

5 Drops Lavender

5 Drops Lemon

5 Drops Peppermint

10 Drops Rosemary

Mix all oils together and add them to 2 tablespoons of olive oil.  Gently massage into painful muscles.  Increase water intake.

September is also when people get back to schedules….between school, sport practices and games, homework, Fall yard work, etc. etc. etc. we might feel a bit overwhelmed.   On top of this busy schedule, the energy of this September in particular might have us feeling a bit tired.   At this point I would like to suggest two different Essential Oils to help….
