Our surroundings are a mirror of what is happening in our lives mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It can also reflect our careers, finances and relationships.
Soul & Surroundings Coaching incorporates Clutter Clearing, Sacred Space Clearing, Feng Shui and Crystal Energy to “still the waters” of your life and to mirror the life you intend.
Each home and office is as unique as the individuals that occupy that space. Surroundings Coaching creates each consultation to what you intend to achieve in your life by creating surroundings that fulfill your dreams; a safe haven for your family and friends; achieve career and financial goals; attract love and peaceful relationships.
Techniques used to still the waters of your Surroundings:
1. Clutter Clearing:
Just that – clean out the clutter!
If you don’t use it or love it, get rid of it.
2. Sacred Space Clearing:
Ancient healers understood the effect of an environment on an individual’s health and well-being.
Everything is energy. Notice the space you are in now. Does it uplift you or bring you down and feeling dull? This effects your health and what you are wanting out of life.
Clearing and enhancing the energy of your home or office is essential when there has been an illness, death, divorce, relationship challenges, or arguments.
Even having construction done on your home or office can effect the energy of your home. Just think of all those different types of “emotions” leaving their imprint in your new space.
Creating Sacred Space is also highly recommended before moving into a new home or office. If there are any additions to the family household by marriage or birth is another wonderful way to create sacred space and set intentions for a loving and joy filled life.
3. Feng Shui: Feng Shui has been studied and applied for centuries to create the best atmosphere for families and businesses to thrive. Feng Shui is not magic cures or solutions for your environment. It is all about understanding the way you interact with your surroundings. Everything is energy. So by creating a beautiful, fulfilling home or office, we will achieve that in life…beauty and fulfillment.
4. Crystal Energy: Stones and crystals are used during the consultations to ground and magnify the effect of Space Clearing. Crystals are also offered with Feng Shui to implement intentions.

Clear Quartz to magnify any intention.
Desert Rose to stimulate teamwork; to go for one’s dreams; initiate motivation.
Citrine is a stone for manifesting. Prosperity stone.
Black Tourmaline protects against negative energies of all kinds; encourages positive attitudes; increases physical vitality.
Carnelian for physical energy; protection for home or office.
Everything we bring into our energy field either enhances us or depletes us.
